Hanne is a part time TV junkie, part time nail tech, and full time student. She's pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English at Clark University. Hanne loves the majority of shows on TV; from reality shows such as Big Brother, to comedies like The Big Bang Theory, to dramas like Pretty Little Liars. Growing up, she found books to be a great escape, and that quickly transformed into a love of television. She especially loves how reality shows allow you to form a bond with people - both the stars of the show and other fans - whom you most likely never would have met or interacted with otherwise. The Amazing Race recap videos are what introduced Hanne to Your Reality Recaps, and YRR in turn introduced her to an entire new world of reality shows. You can follow with her on twitter to get her perspective about everything from TV shows to random thoughts about life.

Last week’s episode ended with the Queen announcing that Verlox is in the castle. The beginning of this episode reaffirms her declaration, as we finally see Verlox. He definitely fits the bill of the antagonist, seeing as he literally has darkness encircling his flesh, as well as horns. Verlox touches a pillar and the black vines on his stomach start moving as power transfers from him to the castle wall, creating a fissure all along the side. Crio, Ansgar and the Paladins encircle the Queen and they flee the scene as the two armies fight. As soon as they have fled…

At the end of last week’s episode, the Paladins discovered that an ogre has broken through the outer walls of the castle. It’s a good thing Ansgar decided to train them properly, because it is now up to the Paladins to protect Everealm from this imminent danger. The Paladins retreat inside the castle to suit up for battle, while Ansgar yells at them to hurry up. The Paladins then carry the parts of a Scorpion to a wall of the castle, where they attempt to assemble it. As they are struggling to do so, the Ogre appears and Sir Ansgar…

We begin this week’s episode in the courtyard with Ansgar ordering everyone around as they prepare to defend Everealm. I’m back from vacation and excited to discuss all the twists and turns of this week’s episode! The Paladins are called in for a meeting with Queen Ralia. She says that all of their hopes rest on the Paladins’ shoulders, and the Paladins look pleased at this. The Queen says they are to be treated not just as warriors, but as honored guests. Jim says that this gives them hope, because the Queen is one of their few supporters, and it’s reassuring to know that she wants them there. A soldier bursts into the room and Sir Ansgar demands that the Queen…

One of Abc’s newest reality shows, The Quest, will be premiering July 31st. It’s brought to you by the executive producer of The Lord of the Rings and the producers of The Amazing Race, and is slated to be a reality show like no other.  Twelve cast members will live in a world where fantasy comes to life, and they must embark on epic challenges. ABC says that the cast members are unsuspecting, which most likely means that they have no idea what they signed up for. I’m sure it will be incredibly entertaining to watch them enter this new world unaware as they…
